Growing up in Phoenix, Dale often spent time in Northern Arizona, hoping one day to buy a home in the Payson area. Finally, in 2002 his dream was realized when he and his wife Rebecca moved to Pine, and then in 2008 to Payson. 

Having worked in construction since 1968 and then property management since 1989, Dale in late 2012, decided to become a full time licensed real estate agent and embarked upon a wonderful career that he truly loves. During his first full year with ERA Young Realty, Dale was a million dollar producer and a multi-million dollar producer each year since then. Today, Dale and his wife live near the White Mountains of Eastern Arizona. He has extended his service area to the White Mountains as well as Rim Country.

Additionally, Dale has served as a Director on the Central Arizona Board of Realtors and has participated in many charitable activities over the years. 

Whenever time permits Dale loves to spend time outdoors camping, rock hounding and especially, prospecting for gold.
